He was very knowledgeable regarding building construction and educated us on what to look for so as not to incur future costs. His opinions were honest regarding certain properties we were looking into with an eye on preventing us future costs. He provided unbiased and objective opinions regarding sales trends and builder reputation. Overall we were very happy with Mr Yoshimura’s work ethic. He went above and beyond what most agents do.
